Usage Policy

PartnerOS, Inc. ("PartnerOS," "we," or "us") provides a range of offerings — including our software-as-a-service platform, websites, downloadable software, agents, AI Actions, APIs, SDKs, and related code (together, the "Services"). This Usage Policy sets the ground rules for how you and your organization (collectively, "you" or "your") may use those Services, and identifies the conduct we consider acceptable as well as the conduct we don't. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate this policy — or if you enable, encourage, or assist anyone else in doing so. Because PartnerOS continues to evolve, this policy will evolve with it. We encourage you to revisit this page periodically for the latest version. Any capitalized terms used here but not defined have the meaning given to them (or to a substantively equivalent term) in the Master Services Agreement between you and PartnerOS (the "Agreement").

1. General Conduct on the Services

Unless PartnerOS agrees otherwise in writing, or unless a restriction below is unenforceable under applicable law, you will not (and you will not help, permit, or enable PartnerOS, any third party, or any Extension to): Reverse engineer the Services. Disassemble, decompile, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying ideas, or architecture of any portion of the Services. Scrape or automate access without authorization. Use bots, spiders, scrapers, crawlers, data-mining or extraction tools, or any other automated means to access, collect, copy, or record any part of the Services. Resell, sublicense, or repackage the Services. Copy, lease, sell, lend, transfer, assign, sublicense, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Services or any of PartnerOS's intellectual property — including our proprietary frameworks, methodologies, scoring systems, and templates. Degrade performance or stability. Use the Services in any way that compromises the stability of our infrastructure, the performance of the Services, or another customer's experience — including overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the Services, or sending unsolicited messages, advertisements, or promotions through them. Build a competing product. Use the Services for benchmarking, competitive analysis, or to develop, train, or improve a product or service that competes with PartnerOS, or otherwise use the Services in a way that's designed to disadvantage us. Attack or probe the Services. Interfere with, compromise, or attempt to circumvent the security or system integrity of the Services; intercept transmissions to or from our servers; or introduce viruses, worms, malware, or other harmful code. Impersonate or misrepresent. Pretend to be another person, hide your identity, misstate your affiliation with any person or organization, or otherwise use the Services for phishing, fraud, or other deceptive purposes. Share or misuse credentials. Use a login that isn't yours, share authentication credentials, or work around our pricing, billing, or access-control measures (including limits on the number of users, AI Actions, or other usage-based features). Imply a relationship that doesn't exist. Reference PartnerOS or the Services in a way that suggests endorsement by, or a partnership or affiliation with, PartnerOS — beyond the rights granted under your Agreement — without our prior written consent. Upload prohibited content or use the Services unlawfully. Use the Services (including by uploading, storing, generating, or transmitting content) in any way that: infringes or violates any law, regulation, contractual obligation, or third-party right (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights); is fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or used for phishing; promotes hatred, violence, or harm against any person or group; or is otherwise harmful, obscene, or objectionable to PartnerOS, our providers, our customers, or others. Handle regulated data without authorization. Process or store "protected health information" (as defined under HIPAA), "medical information" (as defined under the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act), or images requiring verifiable parental consent under COPPA or similar laws, unless you've signed a separate written agreement with PartnerOS covering that data. PartnerOS may report any conduct or content we reasonably believe violates the law to law enforcement, regulators, or other appropriate parties — and we may share relevant information with them and cooperate in any resulting investigation or proceeding.

2. Additional Rules for AI Features

Many of our Services are AI-powered, including our agentic capabilities (collectively, the "AI Features"). The AI Features are designed to operate on the partner data you store in PartnerOS — that's the point of the product. The rules below clarify the boundaries of acceptable use, while leaving room for the AI to do its job on your partner ecosystem data. When you use the AI Features, the rules in Section 1 apply — and the following also apply:

You are at least 18 years old.

You will comply, and will require each of your Permitted Users to comply, with the applicable third-party AI provider terms and policies referenced at https://www.partneros.com/third-party-ai-terms, as we update them from time to time.

You will not (and you will not help, permit, or enable any third party or Extension to) do any of the following:

1. Use the AI Features for any unlawful purpose.

Use the AI Features to engage in, facilitate, plan, or assist with any activity that violates applicable law, regulation, or legal obligation — including, without limitation, fraud, money laundering, securities violations, sanctions violations, export control violations, tax evasion, unauthorized practice of law or other regulated professions, infringement of intellectual property rights, defamation, harassment, or violation of any person's privacy or publicity rights.

2. Probe or attack the AI Features.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the AI Features, manipulate them through prompt injection or similar techniques, or otherwise compromise their underlying systems, models, or infrastructure.

3. Train or build competing models.

Use the AI Features, including any Inputs or Outputs, to develop, train, fine-tune, evaluate, or improve a competing AI product, foundation model, partnerships platform, or other large-scale model. Extract proprietary frameworks or methodologies. Use the AI Features, prompt engineering, or any other technique to extract, reconstruct, or reverse-engineer PartnerOS's proprietary frameworks, scoring systems, methodologies, or templates — including, without limitation, the Four C's framework, the six-pillar PartnerOS methodology, and related intellectual property.

4. Submit data the platform isn't built to handle.

Include in any Input — or attempt to elicit as Output — any of the following data classes, unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with PartnerOS expressly permitting such use: data subject to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), including full payment card numbers and cardholder data; protected health information (PHI) regulated by HIPAA, the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act, or equivalent health privacy laws; data regulated by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) or similar consumer financial privacy regulations; government-issued identification numbers, including Social Security numbers, passport numbers, driver's license numbers, and tax identification numbers; or biometric identifiers, including fingerprints, facial geometry, voiceprints, retinal scans, and similar data.

5. Generate spam, deceptive outreach, or impersonating content.

Use the AI Features to generate or send unsolicited bulk communications, deceptive partner or customer outreach, content that impersonates a real person or company, or content designed to mislead recipients about the sender's identity or affiliation.

6. Generate false or misleading content about real companies.

Use the AI Features to create content that makes false factual claims about identifiable companies, partners, competitors, or individuals — including fabricated quotes, invented partnerships, or misrepresented capabilities.

7. Engage in prohibited or high-risk uses under AI law.

Use the AI Features in any way that's prohibited or classified as "high-risk" under the EU AI Act or any other AI law or regulation that applies to you or to your use of the Services.
