Security & Trust at PartnerOS

PartnerOS is the AI-native partner operating system for modern partnerships teams. Our customers trust us with sensitive partner, deal, and revenue data — protecting it is foundational to how we build.

Our security commitment

PartnerOS is built security-first. We architect our platform, infrastructure, and internal practices around protecting customer data and maintaining the availability and integrity of the service across the full partner lifecycle.

Our Trust Center is continuously monitored and updated, so it always reflects our most recent security practices and the status of our compliance program.

How we protect your data

Encryption — All customer data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher, and encrypted at rest using AES-256.

Infrastructure — PartnerOS runs on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure operated by Vercel and Supabase, hosted on providers that maintain their own industry-recognized security certifications.

Access control — We enforce the principle of least privilege. Access to production systems and customer data is restricted to authorized personnel and requires multi-factor authentication. Within the application, customers control their own data through role-based access controls and granular permissions.

Data segregation — PartnerOS is a multi-tenant platform with logical data isolation between customer environments.

Compliance — Our security and compliance program is managed through Vanta with continuous controls monitoring. Current control status and our compliance roadmap are available in our Trust Center.

AI & data handling — PartnerOS uses AI to help partnership teams operate more effectively. We work with enterprise AI providers under terms that prohibit the use of customer data to train third-party models.
