Privacy Requests

We respect your privacy and are committed to honoring your rights under applicable privacy laws, including the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, and other U.S. state privacy laws.

What you can request

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:

- Access the personal data we hold about you

- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data

- Delete your personal data, subject to lawful exceptions

- Restrict or object to certain processing - Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format

- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data, or its use for cross-context behavioral advertising

- Limit the use of sensitive personal information

- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

- Not be subject to retaliation for exercising these rights

If you are an authorized agent submitting a request on behalf of someone else, please include written proof of your authority. We may contact the data subject directly to verify the request.

A note on data inside our customers' workspaces PartnerOS provides software that our customers use to manage their own partner programs.

Where your personal data appears inside a customer's PartnerOS workspace (for example, because you are a partner contact at a company that uses PartnerOS), the customer is the controller of that data.

We will refer your request to the relevant customer and assist them in responding. For requests about your own relationship with PartnerOS — such as our marketing emails, newsletter, sales contact, or website use — we are the controller and will respond directly.

How we'll verify your identity

To protect your data, we'll need to verify that you are who you say you are before fulfilling certain requests. We may ask you to confirm information we already have on file, or to provide additional details sufficient to match you to your data. We won't ask for more information than is reasonably necessary.

How long it takes

We respond to verified requests within the timeline required by your applicable law:

- GDPR / UK GDPR: within one month, with the option to extend by up to two additional months for complex requests

- CCPA / CPRA and other U.S. state laws: within 45 days, extendable by another 45 days when reasonably necessary

- PIPEDA: within 30 days, with the option to extend by an additional 30 days where justified If we need more time, we'll let you know within the initial window and explain why. If you disagree with our response

You can appeal our response by emailing privacy@partneros.ai with the subject line "Privacy Request Appeal." We'll respond within 60 days.

You also have the right to file a complaint with your local data protection authority — for example, the EU Data Protection Authorities, the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the California Privacy Protection Agency, or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
