Cookies Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how PartnerOS, Inc. ("PartnerOS," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on partneros.ai (the "Site"). It explains what these technologies are, what we do — and don't do — with them, and how you can control them.
This Cookie Policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which describes more broadly how we collect, use, and protect personal data. What are cookies? Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, or to work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site owner.
Some cookies are set by us directly (first-party cookies); others are set by third-party services we use (third-party cookies). We may also use similar technologies, including web beacons, pixels, and local storage, which are referenced collectively as "cookies" in this policy.
Our approach to cookies
We have intentionally kept the Site simple. We do not run third-party advertising trackers, marketing pixels, behavioral analytics, or social media tracking on partneros.ai. We do not embed third-party tools (such as scheduling widgets or form widgets) on the Site itself; where we use third-party services, they are accessed via outbound links rather than embedded. As a result, the only cookies set when you visit the Site are those strictly necessary for it to function.
Cookies we use
Framer (our website host)- Maintains the integrity of the Site, supports load balancing, and protects against abuse
Session The Site is hosted by Framer B.V. Framer's built-in analytics, where used, are designed to operate without setting tracking cookies or collecting personal data from visitors. For more information, see Framer's cookie policy and Framer's privacy policy.
What happens when you click an outbound link
The Site contains links to third-party services we use to operate our business, including: Calendly — when you click a "book a meeting" link, you are taken to calendly.com, where you can schedule a meeting with us. Calendly may set its own cookies on calendly.com when you visit. See Calendly's privacy notice and Calendly's cookie notice. Airtable — when you click a link to subscribe to our newsletter or submit a form, you are taken to an Airtable-hosted form on airtable.com. Airtable may set its own cookies on airtable.com when you visit. See Airtable's privacy policy and Airtable's cookie policy. These third-party services operate on their own domains, set their own cookies governed by their own policies, and process information in accordance with their own privacy practices once you choose to interact with them. We do not control their cookie practices and recommend reviewing their policies for details.
What we do not use
For transparency, the Site does not currently use any of the following:
Google Analytics or other behavioral analytics platforms
Advertising or remarketing cookies (such as Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or Google Ads)
Embedded third-party widgets that load on page view (such as embedded scheduling tools, embedded forms, or embedded video players from third-party providers)
Social media tracking pixels Cross-site tracking technologies If we change this in the future, we will update this policy and, where required by applicable law, present an appropriate consent mechanism on the Site before any non-essential cookies are set.
Lawful basis for cookies
The cookies we use are strictly necessary for the operation of the Site, and we rely on our legitimate interest in providing a functioning website to set them, as permitted under the ePrivacy Directive and the GDPR. Strictly necessary cookies do not require user consent under applicable law. How to manage cookies You can manage cookies through your browser at any time. Most browsers let you view, manage, and delete cookies through their settings.
Instructions vary by browser:
Google Chrome
Mozilla
Firefox
Apple
Safari
Microsoft Edge
Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent the Site from functioning correctly.
International data transfers
Framer is based in the Netherlands; the third-party services we link to (Calendly, Airtable) are based in the United States. Where applicable, transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and equivalent UK and Swiss mechanisms, which our service providers have committed to in their data processing agreements. Your rights If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or California, you have specific rights regarding personal data, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object to processing.
Details on how to exercise these rights are in our Privacy Policy (www.partneros.ai/privacy-policy)
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use, in our service providers, or in applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised.
