The Challenge

Vapi was leveraging spreadsheets and manual workflows to build out the partner strategy and database. The biggest challenge was the amount of operational work this created. Building target partner lists, researching companies, enriching contacts, prioritizing opportunities, tracking outreach, and keeping partner data current required significant manual effort.
